Just stopping


A lot of smokers ay they 'just stopped'. The idea is that when you finally reach the point where smoking just seems like a stupid waste of money, you can stop and it is easy. In fact, this is surprisingly rare. When you investigate further you usually find that the person ran into difficulties but was able to overcome them.

How best to use it

There's nothing really to use! But if you are really and truly ready to stop and think you can 'just stop', go for it. But have a back-up plan in case it's harder than you expected. That is where this A-Z comes in ...
